About Me
"The role of the teacher is to create the conditions for invention rather than provide ready-made knowledge."
~ Seymour Papert
I am an educational researcher, policy leader, and program architect dedicated to scaling inclusive computer science (CS) education, AI literacy, and equitable workforce development. Bridging the gap between research and practice, I excel at driving cross-functional execution for federally funded projects and directing statewide AI initiatives by building powerful, cross-sector coalitions across academic, non-profit, and public sectors. My work centers on broadening participation in technology fields: designing accessible micro-credentials, synthesizing the data-driven policy toolkits necessary to turn complex advocacy into systemic impact, and implementing rigorous evaluation models to analyze district-led goals and catalyze systems-level change.
